Mr. Ferguson's 4th Grade -- Our fourth grade class is made up of fifteen students and one teacher who are eager to learn and always happy when the knowledge starts to flow. We come from all over the world as far as Finland and all have different personalities and experiences. Trust me!  Throughout the day, we are solving math problems, creating movies, learning about the smart board, making mistakes, and sticking stickers on butterflies. Fantastic! On a daily basis, we are weird, silly, and serious. Students from our school come from three towns, Easton, Sugar Hill, and Franconia.  Despite this, our school only has 116 students. The thinking and laughter never stops here.

Japan

Mr. Bono's Grade 5 Class - Fuchinobe Elementary - Sagamihara City, Japan

Our class is very active and cheerful.  We are enjoying and working on our English activities.  In our class, boys go out to play immediately when it's a recess and girls would rather stay inside and play in the classroom. I tell you about our teacher.  Our teacher's name is Mr. Bono.   Once in a while, he lets us not have a class but have a play time.  He is also forgetful and we would not get any homework.  It makes us very happy.  We sometimes feel like playing and tell jokes each other.  So our teacher is severe when he scolds but he is also a very fun teacher. Our classmates eat up our school meals every day. This is our class and we are having a very fun school life!

North Dakota

Mrs. Marquardt's 4th Grade
Roosevelt School -- Fargo, North Dakota   (picture coming soon)

We are six 4th grade students who love to read, some favorite readings are Harry Potter, American Girl and the Bailey School Kids. We like to play X men and Star Wars. We go to Roosevelt School and our mascot is the Roosevelt Roughrider. Our school colors are maroon and gold and when we preform with the choir we wear our school colors. Our favorite field trip was going to Bonanzaville. Bonanzville is an where historic buildings have been placed altogether so we get more of an understanding of how people live long ago. Our favorite place at Bonanzaville was the actual sod house people lived on in the prairies. Since trees were not common, the only thing people could build houses with was the dirt....That would really be an interesting place to live. We also like the old fashioned dentist office.

Which one is the teacher?

Hello! We are the Littlest Monster Makers. All of the children from the
Bergen Community College Child Development Center in Paramus, NJ  participate in this wonderful project. We have three classrooms here at our school. (Miss Shylah’s two’s. Miss Hope’s 3 & 4’s and  Miss Sally’s Pre-K.) We all work together to build the Monster. It is a big job for us!

We raise and release Monarch butterflies that we collect as eggs from our butterfly garden. “Plant Milkweed and they will come!”
Here is an audio link of our school on the radio talking about our Monarch project.
Best Regards,  Hope
